These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.
This is the case for the rules of substance as well as for the rules of form.
Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
Reservations
It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay at the hotel reserve a room in advance.
The reservation will not be confirmed until the hotelier has given his agreement.
On the occasion of any reservation, the customer must pay a deposit or a credit card number.
The hotel contract is deemed concluded upon agreement between the parties.
Reservations made on our site are effective after the debit of the reservation fees.
In case of rejection, we reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card.
Payments
The services are payable no later than the day of departure. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard.
It is also possible to pay in cash, bank check or ANCV holiday voucher.
By application of article 2012 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot oppose the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.
A valid credit card number in the name of the resident will be required as a guarantee.
Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the customer subject to legal proceedings for the settlement of his due.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be attributed to the judge in chambers of the civil courts.
The prices indicated are in €uro and include VAT, they take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected and do not include services (unless otherwise stated).
Deposit
The amount of the deposit varies according to the length of the stay: it will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
Terms of cancelation
Each cancellation will be handled on a case-by-case basis taking into account the time of cancellation as well as the reasons for the cancellation.
Tourist taxes
The tourist tax is never included in the price of the reservation.
Amount in effect in 2023: €1.50 per adult and per night (payable on site).
Children & extra beds
The children are under the full responsibility of the parents.
It is forbidden to leave them in a room unattended.
One child up to 3 years old stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Cot: the maximum number of cots in the room is 1.
The supply of a cot (“umbrella” bed) (subject to availability).
Extra bed: the maximum number of extra beds in the room is 1 but only in certain rooms.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
Animals
We welcome cats and dogs on condition that they are kept on a leash in all the common areas of the establishment.
We specify that we can refuse to accommodate any animal likely to present a security risk for the other occupants (the assessment of this risk being left to our discretion).
For hygienic reasons, animals are not allowed in the breakfast area.
In order to guarantee everyone's peace of mind, animals must not be left alone without supervision.
These provisions do not apply to guide dogs, which are admitted free of charge.
Maintenance of the kitchen areas in the room
It is your responsibility to maintain the kitchen area provided in the room.
A cleaning fee of €35 may be charged to you on the day of departure if the dishes are not washed and put away in the cupboards.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. in the room on the ground floor.
Subject to availability, for any breakfast service in the room, room service will be charged according to the rates in force.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
It is offered as an option at the price of 14 € / adult and 10 € / child.
Damage & theft
Any damage caused in the room or in the various spaces occupied during your stay may be directly invoiced to you.
In the event of voluntary or involuntary damage to equipment, objects, furniture, etc., we can demand full reimbursement with penalties.
We may require a cleaning fee of €100 if the room is left in a state that will be deemed unsuitable (traces of excrement in the sheets for example).
In the event of deterioration of the bedding (box spring and mattress), we will demand reimbursement of the damage with a minimum flat rate of €1,500 for repairs and for the inability to re-let the room.
If we notice damage after your departure, you expressly authorize us to debit the credit card that you gave us when you made your reservation (in accordance with the register that you will have signed at reception on the day of your arrival).
Any damage or nuisance caused voluntarily or involuntarily must be paid for by the person who booked the room. The same applies to damage caused by his animal.
Claim
Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier immediately.
Acceptance of the rules of procedure and the general conditions of sale
The hotel's internal rules apply to all reservations.
Any stay entails the acceptance of the special conditions and the internal regulations of the hotel.
Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in the immediate termination of your contract and financial penalties will be applied.
In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of these conditions, we will be obliged to invite you to leave the hotel immediately without being able to demand any reimbursement or compensation.
rules of procedure
In accordance with the law, this regulation is displayed at the hotel reception.
Therefore, any reservation request implies adherence to these provisions and their complete and unconditional acceptance.
Article 1: Respect & Decency
We reserve the right not to accommodate guests with indecent and/or neglected attire, or if it is intended to conceal the face (Law No. 2010-1192 of October 11, 2010), as well as those exhibiting loud, inappropriate, intoxicated behavior or behavior contrary to good morals and public order.
Every reservation is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party, whether gratuitously or for a fee. Reminder: all reservations must be made in the name of the guest staying.
Every person accessing the hotel must present themselves at the hotel reception.
The client must refrain from any verbal or physical violence, any behavior or statements of a sexual, racist, anti-Semitic, homophobic nature, as well as any form of harassment.
Article 2: Arrival
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
Therefore, it is not possible to demand occupancy of the room before 4:00 PM.
However, if your room is available a little earlier, we can provide you with the keys upon your arrival, at no additional cost.
Upon request and subject to availability, you may advance your arrival time at the hotel to 12:30 PM in order to access your room.
If you expect to arrive outside the reception opening hours, you must contact us by phone or email; we will make the necessary arrangements for you to access your room 24/7.
Article 3: Departure
Your room must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
If you wish, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception for the remainder of the day.
Any luggage left in the room without extending the rental after 11:00 AM will be removed from the room and stored. It can be retrieved by the owner at the hotel reception.
Upon request and subject to availability, you may extend your departure time until 2:00 PM.
In case of departure after 2:00 PM, an additional night will be charged.
To keep the room for an additional night, the reception must be notified before 11:00 AM on the same day, subject to availability.
Article 4: Room Occupancy
Every reservation is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or for a fee.
Any reservation made on behalf of someone else must be made in the name of the guest staying.
Third parties cannot be introduced into the room without our prior authorization.
Access to the rooms must be left open at least once a day so that hotel staff can clean (unless you expressly request otherwise).
In accordance with fire safety regulations, it is strictly forbidden to reserve a room for more people than allowed and/or to have a greater number of people occupy the room than it is intended for.
Every person staying in the establishment must present a valid identification document upon arrival. In the absence of one, we may refuse to rent you a room and/or cancel the reservation you have made.
Article 5: Access Key
The room access key is issued personally; you must take care of it and immediately notify us of any loss or disappearance.
Identity verification will be automatically requested upon renewal.
It is forbidden to entrust your key to a third party.
Any person entering the hotel must present themselves at the reception; therefore, it is prohibited to bring in individuals who are not guests of the hotel without our prior consent.
The key must be returned on the day of departure.
Please ensure that the door to your room is securely closed before leaving or at night before going to bed.
Article 6: Liability
You agree and commit to using the room (as well as the common areas provided to you) in a 'reasonable and responsible' manner.
The rooms provided to you are inspected, functional, and in good condition.
Any behavior contrary to safety and/or hygiene principles, morality, and/or public order may lead us to ask you to leave the establishment.
Children are under the full responsibility of their parents.
Any damage or nuisance caused intentionally or unintentionally must be paid for by the person who booked the room, unless they can establish an external cause.
Safes are provided in the rooms for your use; we decline any responsibility for valuables not deposited in these safes.
Article 7: Payment
You must settle the room charges, taxes, consumptions, and additional expenses no later than upon your departure from the hotel.
If by chance you forget to settle the invoice for your stay, you expressly authorize us to debit the credit card you provided during your reservation (in accordance with the registration you will have signed at the reception on the day of your arrival).
Article 8: No Smoking/Vaping Policy
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited in the rooms (even with the window open) and the common areas of the hotel.
Smoking within the premises exposes you to a fixed fine of €68 or legal action:

Decree No. 2017-633 of April 25, 2017, relating to the conditions for implementing the ban on vaping in certain collective places.

Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, establishing the conditions for implementing the ban on smoking in places intended for collective use.
Non-compliance with the smoking ban: If we detect tobacco odors in your room after your departure, we would be unable to rent it out for the following night.
Therefore, in addition to the fixed fine of €68, smoking or vaping in the rooms, even with the window open, will result in an additional night being charged.
Furthermore, the use of e-cigarettes or hookahs can inadvertently trigger the fire alarm (the smoke detectors installed in the rooms are very sensitive), which will automatically evacuate all hotel guests.
Any unwarranted triggering of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision will incur a charge of €150 for the reinstatement of the fire safety system.
Article 9: Other Prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden to introduce illicit and/or dangerous objects or substances into the rooms or any part of the establishment, any type of object or toy resembling a firearm, any type of object or toy that may disturb the tranquility of other guests (megaphones, horns, etc.).
Running, skating (rollerblades, scooters, etc.), or shouting within the premises is prohibited, both day and night. Hanging laundry from windows, throwing objects out of the window, and, in general, any behavior that may cause harm to hotel guests, hotel employees, and/or the hotel's reputation are prohibited.
Taking photos of other hotel occupants or staff is prohibited, unless express consent is obtained from the individuals concerned.
If deemed appropriate, we may remove any alcoholic beverages found in the room, particularly in cases of public intoxication or disturbances.
Article 10: Nuisances
A hotel room is a place of rest.
For the respect and rest of other guests, you must ensure not to slam doors or make noise (especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM).
Any neighborhood noise caused by the behavior of a guest, one of their companions, or an animal under their responsibility may lead us to invite you to leave the establishment, without the need for acoustic measurements, as long as the noise generated is likely to disturb the tranquility of the clientele (articles R1334-30 and R-1334-31 of the Public Health Code).
As a result of the disturbances caused by you, any compensation offered to a third party may be charged to you.
Any commercial activity is strictly prohibited within the premises of the establishment.
It is also prohibited to cook or eat in rooms that are not equipped with a kitchenette.
Article 11: Data Privacy and Internet Access
In accordance with the Law 78-17, known as the Data Protection Act, we inform you that your reservation is subject to computerized processing of personal data. You have the right to access and rectify the information provided. Please note that this information is not disclosed to third parties.
We offer Wi-Fi internet access. The client-user undertakes that the computer resources made available to them will not be used in any way for the reproduction, representation, provision, or public communication of works or objects protected by copyright or neighboring rights, such as texts, photographic images, audiovisual musical works, software, and video games, without the authorization of the rights holders as provided in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code, when such authorization is required.
Acceptance of the Internal Regulations and General Sales Conditions
The hotel's internal regulations apply to all reservations.
Every stay implies acceptance of the specific conditions and the hotel's internal regulations.
Non-compliance with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of your contract, and financial penalties will be applied.
In case of non-compliance by the client with any of these conditions, we will be obliged to ask you to leave the hotel immediately without any entitlement to a refund or compensation.
